Automotive

Today’s AGU team and their partners have been conducting Automotive research worldwide for more than 20 years.
In the Automotive sector, we had the pleasure of conducting many studies with most heterogenous targets, organising challenging car clinics with an adequate facility as well as f2f, online and phone IDIs and focus or mini groups, online communities, as well as online and offline quantitative interviews with car drivers, fleet managers or users of agricultural vehicles.

Our speciality is arranging car clinics, e.g.:
  • with owners bringing their own cars to a facility
  • or with prototypes and competitor models in secure facilities
  • some followed by mini groups or followed by IDIs
But our team members love and have conducted all types of automotive projects such as:
  • Automotive usage tests on usability, sounds, and connectivity
  • Workshop customer satisfaction study with recruitment to online self-completion
  • CATI surveys with fleet managers and truck drivers
  • Driving experiences monitored and guided by manufacturers and market researchers
  • Online and offline focus groups with car owners of certain segments on brand image or features
  • F2F and online IDIs, In-home/office interviewing with farmers or certain car owners
  • Mystery shopping at car dealers
  • Online communities with car owners about usability, experience and future cars
  • Phone IDIs with electric vehicle owners, fleet managers, or tractor owners
  • Service tests with potential car buyers and owners
Recent markets were South Korea, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Bosnia and Hercegovina, Serbia, Croatia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Argentina, Brazil, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands and UK.
